How to get this look: Measure the right amount of fitting you need to keep your shirt hanging off shoulders, start buttoning them till the bottom. You will be left with sleeves hanging out which you can tie at the back like a belt. This is my favorite look from 10 days same shirt lists and I figured it out from some blog and thought it was too fashionable and creative! Surprisingly this style was very comfortable and looked good when I tried first. You can change the whole way we look/think about formal shirts using this style as it is so fancy. You can wear a shirt this way in clubs, colleges, or just on a day out and trust me you will look as fabulous as a fashion model xo

How to carry this off well: Since you are converting your formal shirt into a strapless top, just the things you would do for a normal strapless top are needed to be considered here. Make sure you button it tight enough so that it doesn’t fall off. Wear an off shoulder top inside or pin the shirt on your bra if you don’t feel comfortable. I was able to carry this off pretty well.
