Hello SFDesiGirl readers! It has been a few days since I posted any blog and that is because I have a placement test in college tomorrow and I was preparing for it. Today, I just couldn’t stop myself from posting these pictures that we actually clicked while I was still jet lagged! We took them a week after my long India vacation and since it was a dance festival happening in Place of fine arts, I was all excited to attend it. For me, things like dance and music are extremely strong ways to make anyone happy or to make someone visit another world (sometimes even heaven). I remember this is what happened with me as a group of African performers played their musical or (magical for me) instruments. Actually, there were performers from all over the world. A group of Indians did an amazing Garba performance on a fusion of Navratri songs. There were salsa, zumba, tap dancers and everything else that I don’t even know names of! Along with them, I was dancing on my spectators seat while I applauded for each.

Since, this was a rehearsal of main event(which looked like a very big deal) and I was supposed to meet my husbands work colleagues, I wanted to dress up formally casual. Dressing formally casual or casually formal might sound a bit confusing but it came out pretty easy for me as I wore my black and white dress and accessorized it a bit with some casual accessories and a pair of open sandals. I was pretty glad to dress like this as I din’t had to deal with dilemma of if I am too formally dress or if I am too casually dress! I am sure you too go through it many times!

Today, as I blog about my dress and experience I feel really glad remembering those dance performances and keeping up to look fashionable on the day! Enjoy your day with some good music to bring a smile on your face from me 🙂
